Yokoten is a subject close to my business and to my way of working with clients.
From a contractual business perspective with the client I need to focus the team on such issues as Quality, Lead time and Engagement. under those three are plently of “lean” tools.
but from a daily practical engagement with the client i actually spend time with individuals and small groups getting them to focus on their own Habits and how these effect the business results.
